Movement that understands the mind.

Yoga instructor since 2014, trained in Rishikesh and teaching in Amman. I bring embodied practice together with applied neuroscience, currently studying at King's College London, so every class is grounded in how the brain and body actually work.

How I teach

Explain the why

I tell students what a posture or breath practice does in the body and brain, so they practise with intention and keep going at home.

Choice in every class

Every pose comes with options. Students choose the version that fits their body that day, from beginners to athletes.

Breath first

Classes are paced by the breath and close with pranayama or meditation, so people leave calmer than they arrived.

About

Where practice meets science

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yogshala in India in 2014 and have taught across Amman's gyms, studios, a school and community events since. My classes range from slow Yin and Hatha to Ashtanga and Power Yoga, always with breath and meditation at the centre.

My MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London and my mindfulness certification shape how I teach: clear explanations of what a practice does, why it works, and how to bring it into daily life. I teach in Arabic and English.
